1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this Site, the DyeConverter platform, or any related service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Site

You may not use this Site for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation. All content and materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content — including those of DyeConverter™, Future of Food™, and affiliated domains — are owned or licensed by us. The matching algorithms, scoring methodology, and underlying data architecture of the DyeConverter platform are proprietary and protected under a pending U.S. patent application. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to reverse-engineer, extract, replicate, or reuse our algorithms, matching logic, or aggregated data.

4. Supplier Accounts, SKU Data & Required Documentation

Suppliers listing products on DyeConverter must provide, for each SKU submitted:

• A current Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
• A Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• A Regulatory Data Sheet
• A Product Specification Sheet

Every application is reviewed personally before an account is approved. Approval grants the ability to build a profile and upload documentation — it does not publish anything automatically. Publication of any supplier profile or SKU listing remains at DyeConverter's sole discretion. Suppliers represent that all documentation submitted is accurate, current, and that they have the right to submit it.

5. Your Data Is Never Sold or Shared

We do not sell, license, rent, or share supplier company data, uploaded documents (TDS, COA, regulatory data sheets, product spec sheets), SKU-level formulation data, or customer usage data with any third party, competitor, or other platform user, for any purpose. Your uploads are used solely to power your own listing and to return matches to customers searching the platform. A supplier can never see another supplier's data — this is enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the interface. See our Privacy Policy for the technical detail behind this.

6. Fees & Subscription

DyeConverter supplier listings are free of charge through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, supplier accounts are billed $49.99/month for unlimited SKU listings, charged via Stripe. Payment method is collected at account activation; DyeConverter never stores or has access to your raw card number. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to active suppliers.

7. No Warranties

The Site, the DyeConverter platform, and all matching results are provided "as is." Matches, confidence scores, and dosage estimates are decision-support tools, not a substitute for bench validation, regulatory review, or your own quality processes. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of this Site, its content, the DyeConverter platform, or related communications.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of any revisions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
