Chef Kelly Anderson is a chef-technologist with nearly 20 years of R&D and innovation experience across Nestle, Walt Disney Studios, US Foods, Starbucks, Impossible Foods, and Panera. She is the first chef in the world to be certified by MIT in AI/ML for Data Science Solutions.
She built DyeConverter because she wanted to give the industry a tool she wished she had during her career -- a way to find natural color alternatives with real data, not guesswork.
DyeConverter is developed by Future of Food LLC, her consulting and advisory firm focused on accelerating the transition to cleaner, safer, more transparent food systems.
