DyeConverter™ is a predictive reformulation intelligence platform. A manufacturer enters the synthetic dye it needs to replace, the product, its pH, heat process, and shelf life. The platform returns the natural colors most likely to survive that process, with dosage conversion, regulatory status across the US, EU, and Canada, cost per kilogram, and supplier options.
Enterprise software, sold to R&D and regulatory teams at food and beverage companies working against the FDA's December 2027 phase-out of artificial dyes. Built by Chef Kelly Anderson, a corporate R&D chef with nearly 20 years across Nestle, Disney, Starbucks, and Impossible Foods.
