Official Grant Terms

The DyeConverter Grant -- 2026

This is a merit-based grant, not a sweepstakes or contest of chance. All decisions are made solely on the merit, clarity, and vision of the submitted essay, at the sole discretion of Future of Food LLC ("Sponsor"). No purchase is necessary, and no payment of any kind is required to apply.

What's being awarded

Three (3) recipients will each receive one (1) annual seat to DyeConverter (the "Award"), for use by the recipient company for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance. The Award has no cash equivalent and is non-transferable.

Who can apply

The applicant must be a food or beverage company (or a company actively developing food or beverage products) with annual gross revenue of ten million U.S. dollars ($10,000,000 USD) or less for the most recent completed fiscal year. One (1) application per company. Current employees, immediate family members of employees, and active contractors of Future of Food LLC are not eligible.

Deadline

Applications must be received by May 31, 2026 · 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Late submissions will not be reviewed.

How recipients are selected

Sponsor will review all eligible essays and select three (3) recipients based on the merit, clarity, and vision of each submission. Sponsor's selection decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Confidentiality of essays

Your essay is treated as strictly confidential. Sponsor will not publish, quote, paraphrase, or share your essay (in whole or in part) with any third party for any purpose without your explicit prior written consent. If you are selected as a recipient, you will receive a written request and an opportunity to approve any specific text before it appears in any public announcement.

Public announcement

Recipients will be named publicly (company name, and with the recipient's consent, contact name). Specific essay content will not be shared publicly without each recipient's prior written approval.

Revenue verification

Sponsor reserves the right to request reasonable documentation of revenue eligibility (for example: a recent tax return cover page, a signed officer attestation, or comparable evidence) before finalizing an Award.

Notification

Recipients will be notified by email by June 15, 2026. If a selected recipient fails to respond to acceptance instructions within fourteen (14) days of notification, Sponsor may select an alternate recipient.
